Chemical Sales Manager (Catalonia)

Family business, a chemical company located in the Vallés Oriental.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute effective B2B sales strategies to meet and exceed established revenue goals.

Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, identifying growth opportunities and ensuring client satisfaction.

Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align strategies and ensure an effective market presence.

Prepare sales reports and presentations for the commercial director, providing detailed analysis and recommendations.

Participate in the negotiation of contracts and commercial agreements.

Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience in technical sales roles.

Results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Analytical mindset to interpret sales data and metrics.

Experience working in collaborative environments and reporting directly to commercial management.
